Buffalo Kloof Private Game Reserve is located in the malaria free Eastern Cape Province, a mere 20 minute drive from the historic town of Grahamstown.  The reserve encompasses 7000 ha of a variety of habitat, from steep valley ravines of thick Eastern Cape indigenous bush to open grass plains.  The Kowie River which runs through the farm offers an abundance of bird life.  The reserve is home to a wide variety of game including the shy Cape bushbuck and duiker, the proud Kudu and a host of other specie including waterbuck, bushpig, impala, springbok, nyala, gemsbok, eland, zebra, giraffe, sable, roan, waterhog and the mighty Cape Buffalo.
