The official opening of the Lindale bomas was held on Friday 26th February. This magnificent facility was built by Francois Wehmeyer at the farm Homeleigh, the venue of the first Lindale Heritage Game auction on 30 April 2016. The occasion was attended by the founder members of the sale Peter and Simon Amm, Walter Currie, Warne Rippon and most of the guest sellers. Everybody present was most impressed, none more so than experienced game capturer Casper de Klerk the dedicated capturer for the sale. Hopefully these bomas will have a huge part to play in the future of the game auctions in the Eastern Cape and Pete Amm should be complimented for his commitment to the industry. The sellers on the sale have committed to market related reserve prices, are willing sellers and are insuring lots which can be identified for 30 days post offloading. They have also committed to delivery within three weeks of the auction.
